Company Communication Hierarchyโ€‹

  1. Emergency: Call 911, then Safety Director, then Project Manager
  2. Urgent Issues: Direct call/text to immediate supervisor
  3. Standard Issues: Email or project management system
  4. General Questions: Weekly meetings or Slack/Teams

Documentation Golden Rulesโ€‹

  1. If it's not documented, it didn't happen
  2. Photos timestamp and GPS when possible
  3. Daily reports submitted by end of shift
  4. All change orders in writing before work begins
