Company Communication Hierarchyโ
- Emergency: Call 911, then Safety Director, then Project Manager
- Urgent Issues: Direct call/text to immediate supervisor
- Standard Issues: Email or project management system
- General Questions: Weekly meetings or Slack/Teams
Documentation Golden Rulesโ
- If it's not documented, it didn't happen
- Photos timestamp and GPS when possible
- Daily reports submitted by end of shift
- All change orders in writing before work begins
