Schedule (15% weight)โ
- Faster than required: 100 points
- Meets schedule: 80 points
- Slightly longer: 60 points
- Much longer: 40 points
Warranty (10% weight)โ
- 2+ years: 100 points
- 1-2 years: 80 points
- under 1 year: 60 points
Total Score Calculationโ
Total Score = Price Score + Experience Score + References Score + Schedule Score + Warranty Score
Red Flagsโ
