I'm a CPA and founder who bridges finance, product, and operations to help companies scale. Over 15+ years, I've led finance and operations for high-growth companies and billion-dollar contractors—building teams, implementing ERP systems, leading M&A diligence, and developing full financial infrastructure from modeling and tax strategy to board reporting and internal controls.

As the founder of BLDR, a profitable SaaS platform for commercial construction, I've also designed and delivered enterprise software used daily on iconic job sites. My work spans technical development, revenue strategy, and financial operations—uniquely positioning me to understand both the numbers and the actual operations that drive them.

What Makes This Different

Why I Built This

Because I couldn't find resources that actually understood construction. Everything was either generic business advice that doesn't work in construction, or overly complicated consultant frameworks that no one actually uses.

Construction is unique. The financials are complex (WIP, percentage-of-completion, retention, AIA billing). The operations are chaotic (field vs. office, crews, weather, suppliers). The culture is different (desktop software barely gets adopted, mobile is critical, crews don't use email).
